Cancellations & Deposits
As with many businesses, we have been badly hit by the effects of COVID-19 and now have to ensure that our time is covered sufficiently, ensuring our survival.
We take a nominal non-refundable deposit of £25 when you book any colour service. We understand that occasionally our guests need to cancel their appointment and ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. In this case your deposit will be carried over to your future appointment if you rebook within 6 weeks.
If you fail to cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment and we are unable to fill your booking, then we will retain your deposit as payment for the lost booking slot.
You enter into this agreement with us when booking your colour service and by doing so agree to the above terms.
